Please join us on our adventure Lava Boat Tours to see molten lava flowing into the ocean from Hawaii's Kilauea Volcano. Kilauea (on the Big Island of Hawaii), is considered to be the most active volcano in the world!

 (Weather permitting) we offer a 2- 2.5 hr tour daily tour to the active lava field, which include lava viewing in the dark. Our unique boat tour offers a front-row seat to the awesome fireworks display of our active volcano!  Imagine watching red-hot, liquid, molten magma pouring down the side of the volcano into the sea, creating a dramatic spectacle of steam, boiling sea water and exploding lava!

Tour Length: Approximately 2-2.5 hours round trip. (It normally takes app. 30-40  minutes to reach the lava area). Location: Our lava boat adventures depart every day (weather permitting), from Isaac Hale Beach Park, also known as Pohoiki.

Departure Times: We have tours each day departing in the morning, afternoon and evening. If our departure times do not fit into your schedule please contact us. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.

  • Sunrise Tour  Check in: 5:30 am Departure: 5:45 am
  • Early Evening Tour Check in: 4:00pm Departure: 4:15pm  

Price: $165 (plus tax) per person

THE BOAT SEATING; All seats are extremely comfortable for each passenger.

 

Please note that we have a 48 hour cancelation policy for all tours. If we cancel due to bad weather, you will receive a full refund. Please note that this is considered to be an EXTREME tour. Pregnant women, children under the age of 7 or anyone with recent back surgeries or back problems will not be permitted on the boat.
